You Probably Won’t Make It

I don’t know why, but I’m always drawn to these bastard games that make me rage more than anything else. This game is not for the easily aggrivated. You will yell; you will scream; you will throw your computer out then window (hopefully you live on the ground floor with a moat of marshmellows outside your window to not damage your rig). I’ve played my share of bastard games and this is one of the most aggrivating ones yet.
You Probably Won’t Make It is is a 2D platformer, created by Jesse Venbrux, where you must navigate your character (who, oddly enough, looks like a one eyed Kirby) through levels filled with spikes to get to the door which leads to the next. If you touch one of the spikes, you die and your character explodes into a large amount of blood. When you restart the level, the blood is still there and a line is drawn which traces the path you took on your last life. When you decide you’ve had enough and quit, it saves the position of all the blood so you can see how bad you did before you quit playing. Each level gets progressively harder than the previous. The levels get so hard to a point where I don’t even think it’s possible to go on. After reading online and finding everyon else coming to the same conclusion (one person even went to the extent of decompiling the game to see if there was another level).
The Good – Solid platformer with high degree of difficulty
The Bad – The game is, seemingly, unbeatableOverall – 5
This game would have ranked higher if it wasn’t unbeatable

I’ll be sure to steer clear of this one. I play games to have fun, not have my last nerve tested. I rage enough as it is.
Although, I did like Eversion for the most part. All except for the hidden level which was fucking aggravating as hell and I never bothered finishing.

Haha. I plan on writing a review of Eversion. That game is fucking awesome.
